Guru Nanak Dev Ji was born on 15 April 1469 in Talwandi, which is currently located in Pakistan. His father's name was Mehta Kalu and his mother's name was Tripta Devi. In his childhood, he had mastered languages ​​like Persian, Arabic, and Sanskrit. During his life, Guru Nanak Dev gave the message of unity in society, devotion to God, truth, and service. At the same time, he believed that God is one and he is equally present in every creature. He opposed religious ostentation in society and showed the path of truth and honesty. He died on 22 September 1539 in Kartarpur.
