New Delhi : The central government has released the list of holidays for central employees. This list includes two types of holidays. Let us tell you that the government has released the list of public holidays and restricted holidays for the year 2025. According to this list, there are a total of 17 gazetted and 34 restricted holidays. Gazetted holidays are mandatory holidays in the government calendar. Gazetted holidays are those 17 days that are mandatorily implemented in all government offices. Restricted holidays are an option. Employees can take them as per their wish.
