Delhiites felt the coldest morning of this season on Sunday. The minimum temperature was recorded at 16.5 degrees Celsius. However, this temperature was one degree higher than normal. The Meteorological Department estimates that there will be no significant drop in temperature for 6 to 7 days.

Entry of Cold in North India
Mild cold may start in Punjab and Haryana from 15th November. This information has been given by the Meteorological Department. After 15th to 20th November, severe cold is also expected in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar and Jharkhand. This week, cold may increase in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.
Heavy rain alert in Tamil Nadu
Tamil Nadu is going to receive rain today and tomorrow. The Meteorological Department has said that there may be heavy rain from November 3 to November 5. A yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain today in Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Thoothukudi, Virudhunagar, Theni, Madurai, Sivagangai, Ramanathapuram and Dindigul districts.
