The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert of dense fog in Delhi-NCR from November 15. This will also bring down the temperature. Dense fog will also prevail in Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Dense fog prevailed in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh yesterday as well.

Cold winds have started blowing in some cities of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Rajasthan. Now there is a warning of dense fog in Rajasthan. After November 15, all the states of North India will be hit by the cold. Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has also given a yellow alert for rain in 6 states of the country for the next 5 days, because a low-pressure area remains in the Bay of Bengal.

According to media reports, dense fog may occur in Himachal Pradesh on November 11 and 12 during the night and morning. Fog is also likely to occur in Punjab on November 11-12 during morning and night. The Meteorological Department has predicted dense fog in the morning and night in Rajasthan in the coming days. There may be fog or mist in the morning in Jharkhand for the next 4 days. On the other hand, the weather may change in Madhya Pradesh after November 15. Due to snowfall and cold waves in North India, the temperature of the state is likely to drop significantly after November 15. There is a possibility of cloudy weather and light rain in Gwalior-Chambal in the last week of November.

According to IMD, there is a possibility of a low-pressure area forming in the Bay of Bengal. Due to this, heavy rains may occur in many states of the country between November 11 and November 16. Today, on November 11, there may be heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal. On November 12, there may be heavy rains in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, and Karaikal, Yemen, Rayalaseema city. On November 13, there may be heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry and Yemen, Mahe, and Rayalaseema. On November 14, there may be heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry, South Interior Karnataka, Coastal Karnataka and Karaikal, Mahe, Yemen, and Rayalaseema. On November 15, there may be heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Karaikal, Mahe. Heavy rains are expected in Kerala and Mahe on November 16. Apart from this, there is no forecast of rain in other states of the country.
