Patna: A tragic accident took place on Saturday at Barauni Junction in Bihar. A railway employee has died tragically. The accident took place when the train was being attached. During this time, the railway employee came between the engine and the side buffer and was crushed to death on the spot. After a lot of effort, the body of the youth was taken out. Mohammad Suleman had signaled the engine pilot that everything was fine, while Amar Kumar was not in the middle of the engine but right in front of the side buffer. After the railway report, the family members have said that the death of shunter Amar Kumar was due to a conspiracy. In its investigation, the railway has held Mohammad Suleman responsible for the death of Amar Kumar.
The railway report
Railway's report has come out in the case of the death of a railway employee after being crushed by an engine at Barauni station. It says that 'On 09.11.24, train number 15204 (Lucknow Barauni) arrived at line number 06 (platform) at 08:10. The station master (main) sent Kantawala Suleman and Amar Kumar to separate the engine. While separating the engine, Kantawala Amar Kumar got crushed between the engine and 'LWLRRM', which led to his instant death.
A shocking truth has come to light in the CCTV recording installed at the station. Train number 15204 came in line number 06 at 8:10. The loco pilot took charge of the engine at 8:12. 15204 was brought to the oil station with the load at 8:15. Forklift operator Suleman asked for a buffer at 08:27. He gestured with his hand to move forward. At around 08:28, he again gestured with his hand to move backward. At around 08:29, Suleman came running from behind and gestured to move ahead. At 08:29, many people were seen running towards the engine. At 10:15, the dead body of Amar Kumar was found between the engine and the power car.
Death due to lack of harmony
Railway officials said that based on the investigation of the incident, CCTV footage, witness statements, and available evidence, they have concluded that due to a lack of proper coordination and harmony between Kantawala Mohammad Suleman, and Kantawala Amar Kumar, Mohammad Suleman gave the wrong signal to the loco shunter in a state of confusion, which led to this accident. Now the family is demanding legal action against Mohammad Suleman for this incident.
