Despite initial hurdles,including a return of documents by SEBI in 2022, the company persevered and re-filed in January 2023.
IPO Details: A Rs. 2,614.65 crore issue, featuring a mix of fresh equity shares and an offer for sale, priced at Rs. 258-272 per share.
Investor Support: QIBs subscribed 12.56 times, non-institutional investors- 7.24 times and retail investors- 4.27 times, all showing strong interest.
Utilising Funds: Go Digit plans to use the IPO proceeds to bolster business operations and finance upcoming activities, with expectations of enhanced brand visibility post-listing.
