The face value of this stock is Rs 10 and the dividend on it is Rs 55 per equity share. Therefore, its dividend is 550 percent against the face value. Apart from this, according to BSE data, this is the highest dividend ever declared by the company.
Earlier in 2024, the BSE 500 company had given a dividend of Rs 20 per share. Similarly, in 2023, it gave a dividend of Rs 50 and Rs 20 per share respectively.
The stock jumped 6.86 percent to a record high of Rs 4467.05 per share on Friday, November 22. The market capitalization of the stock Ingersoll-Rand (India) Ltd is Rs 13,929.54 crore.

Earlier while announcing the second quarter results for FY25, the company announced that "...the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has declared an interim dividend of Rs 55 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.

The company said in a regulatory filing that the date of interim dividend payment has been revised and will now be paid on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. According to BSE, the company has fixed November 27, 2024, as the record date for the dividend.
