During this time, Sensex was trading with a rise of more than 1100 points, while Nifty was trading above 24450. At the same time, in the closing of the stock market today, Nifty closed at the level of 24,364 with a rise of 184 points, while Sensex closed at the level of 80,005 with a jump of 603 points.
In Monday's trading, all sectors except the Nifty CPSE index closed with gains. The highest jump was recorded in the Nifty PSU Bank and Nifty Metal sectors. At the same time, there has been a huge jump in the shares of ICICI Bank, Adani Port, JSW Steel, and Tata Steel. Due to this rise, investors have made a profit of Rs 6 lakh crore. The market cap of all the companies listed on BSE increased by Rs 5.7 lakh crore to Rs 442.66 lakh crore.

ICICI Bank was at the top in today's trading session. Shares of ICICI Bank rose by about 3 percent and closed at Rs 1,293, while Adani Port shares rose by 2.55% and settled at Rs 1,352. After this, shares of JSW Steel rose by about 2.5 percent and closed at Rs 967.25, while Tata Steel rose 2.42 percent and closed at Rs 149.38. At the same time, Sun Pharma shares closed at Rs 1,903 with a rise of 2.29%.
Stocks with the biggest decline
Talking about the shares that fell in today's trading, Axis Bank's shares fell the most, which fell 1.50% and settled at the level of 1,172. After this, Kotak Bank's shares weakened by 1.08% and closed at the level of 1,750, while Tech Mahindra closed at the level of 1,703, falling 0.81%. Apart from this, HDFC Bank's shares fell 0.53% and settled at the level of 1,734. At the same time, Maruti Suzuki closed at the level of 11,483, falling 0.18%.
Good growth in PSU Bank and Metal
On Monday, the highest increase was seen in Nifty PSU Bank and Metal. PSU Bank closed at 6,521 level with a gain of 3.78%, while Nifty Metal closed at 9,278 level with a gain of 2.54%. After this, Nifty Pharma closed at 22,857 level with a gain of 1.25%. At the same time, Nifty Bank settled at 51,259 level with a gain of 0.93%, while Nifty Auto closed at 23,964 level with a gain of 0.69%. After this, Nifty IT closed at 42,205 level with a gain of 0.40%.
