This time NSE will organize its annual Diwali Muhurat trading session from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The Diwali trading session is considered to symbolize the beginning of the Hindu calendar year Samvat 2081. On the occasion of Diwali, the market will be closed for normal trading, but a special trading window will be open for just one hour in the evening. NSE said that the pre-opening session will be held from 5:45 pm to 6:00 pm.
