The journey wasn't smooth. From tough banking jobs to going through a divorce and a remarriage, resilience was my constant companion.

"I'm Naveen Tiwari, one of the founders, along with Swati Saboo and Lakshmi Santhanam. Our story begins in humble towns like Baliya, UP, and Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

Born in 1984, life threw me curveballs early on. After my father's untimely death, I supported my family by running a kirana store and PCO.

Despite financial struggles and living with 14 family members, I worked hard to complete my education, eventually moving to Pune with dreams bigger than my wallet.

Balancing a job with studies, I cracked the CAT and joined ISBM Pune for an MBA, which led me to Kotak.

My wife, a CA from Ranchi, and I founded Scrabble in 2021, initially funded by her family.

She has been my constant support since then.

Our first year saw a 4.25 crore turnover, doubling the next year, and hitting 15 crore by year three. With 56 employees and over 1,000 clients, we operate on a

B2B model, earning through a commission on placements.
"Our Deep client understanding and customised recruitment solutions is our strength", told Karostartup.

From modest beginnings to a thriving firm, Scrabble is a testament to resilience, innovation, and relentless pursuit of dreams.
