After leaving his job at infosys, with just 20,000 rupees in savings, Biraja Rout started his food business from Electronic City, Bengaluru.
Bengaluru, known as the startup hub and a haven for entrepreneurs fueled the dream of this IT professional who overcame his financial constraints.
He came to the city to pursue his career in the IT sector.
Soon he realised that the landscape of Indian appetite was changing with the demand for International cuisines growing among professionals.
That's when he started to learn the art of making burgers and worked on making it affordable for Indian pockets without compromising the "QUALITY".
He started selling burgers on weekends in a small kiosk.
"With our presence in 28 cities and 14 states, we have established ourselves as a dominant player in the QSR industry," told Hotelier India.
