According to the All India Sarafa Association, on Wednesday, the price of gold in Delhi saw a rise of Rs 750, taking it to a record level of Rs 80,650 per 10 grams. Gold with 99.5 percent purity was also seen trading at the level of Rs 80,250 per 10 grams with the same increase. Let us tell you that a few days ago the price of 99.5 percent pure gold was Rs 79,500 and the price of 99.9 percent pure gold was Rs 79,900 per 10 grams. At the same time, the reason behind the rising prices of gold is being told to be the festival and wedding season. This jump in gold prices is being seen due to more purchases being made by local jewelers.
Silver prices also increased.
Along with gold, the price of silver is also continuously rising. Let us tell you that the price of silver saw an increase of Rs 5,000 per kg, which brought it to the level of Rs 99,500 per kg. However, a few days ago the price of silver was seen at Rs 94,500 per kg. According to experts, this jump in silver prices is being seen due to industrial demand and the rise in gold.
