Chandigarh. The results of the political Mahabharata of 'Kurukshetra' will be declared tomorrow. Political excitement is high regarding this. Everyone's eyes are on whether the BJP will score a hat-trick after ruling for 10 years or whether Congress will win the lottery. Since the exit polls have come out, there has been a debate on how many seats Congress and BJP will get and which seats are stuck in a close contest.

Who gets how many seats

In all the exit polls that have come so far, Congress is leading and is being given 50+ seats while BJP is getting 20+ seats. No one is making a big deal about INLD, JJP, AAP, and other parties and independents. The main reason for this is that many seats are stuck and there is a close contest. Starting from the Ambala division, a hat-trick for BJP's Aseem Goyal on the Ambala City seat seems difficult this time. Nirmal Singh, who is contesting the election with the support of the Congress, is leading while in Ambala Cantt, Nirmal Singh's daughter Chitra Sarwara is trying her best to stop BJP's big leader Anil Vij. However, Vij seems to be ahead.

BJP got only 1 seat in Ambala

In Narayangarh of Ambala, Shaili Chaudhary of Congress seems to be ahead of Pawan Saini of BJP. Pawan Saini had to struggle to enter the area. Talking about the fourth seat of Ambala, Mullana, the wife of the current Congress MLA Varun Chaudhary, Pooja Chaudhary, is strong there and she is being challenged by Santosh Chauhan of BJP. On the Kalka seat of the Ambala division, there is a contest between Shakti Rani Sharma of BJP and Pradeep Chaudhary of Congress and on the Panchkula seat, there is a contest between Gyan Chand Gupta of BJP and Chandramohan of Congress.

INLD is strong in Yamunanagar

Yamunanagar seat may go to INLD's account, INLD candidate Dilbagh Singh is giving a tough fight to BJP MLA Khanshyam Das Arora. Dilbagh Singh had lost the last election by just 1400 votes. The Radour seat here seems to be going to BJP's account, while in the Jagadhari seat, Congress's Akram Khan is ahead of BJP's Kanwarpal Gurjar.

There is a triangular contest on the Sadhaura seat. Congress rebel and BSP candidate Brijpal Chhapar is spoiling the game. Out of the four assembly seats of Kurukshetra, Pehowa, Thanesar, and Shahabad are considered Congress seats while the Ladwa seat from where CM Naib Singh Saini is contesting is stuck.

What will happen in CM city??

If we talk about the Karnal division, then Aditya Surjewala, son of Congress leader Randeep Surjewala, seems to be settling his father's score from Kaithal. The other three seats here, Kalayat, Pundri, and Guhla, are locked in a close contest. Independents have been winning in Pundri since 1996, it would not be surprising if a similar decision comes this time too.

There is a close contest between Congress and Karnal's Indri and Assandh, BJP and Nilokheri and Gharaunda. BJP is ahead in four seats of Panipat, Panipat City, Panipat Rural, and Samalkha, while there is a close contest in Israna. However, independent Rabindra Machrauli is spoiling the game in Samalkha.

In Sonipat, the disciple is stronger than the guru.

Out of the six seats in the Sonipat district of Rohtak division, there is a fight between Guru-disciple i.e. Congress's Surendra Pawar and Nikhil Madan who has joined BJP from Congress, where the disciple has the upper hand. Similarly, in Gohana, BJP's Arvind Sharma can defeat Congress's five-time MLA Jagbir Malik. BJP can also get lucky in Kharkhoda. The remaining three seats Ganaur, Rai, and Baroda can go in Congress's bag.

BJP dominates in Hooda's stronghold

Rohtak seat, the stronghold of Bhupendra Hooda, who has been the CM of Haryana twice, is stuck while Meham, Garhi-Sampla-Kiloi,, and Kalanaur can support the hand. Bhupendra Hooda himself is contesting from Garhi-Sampla-Kiloi. Congress is likely to emerge victorious in Badli, Beri,, and Jhajjar of Jhajjar while there is a fight between BJP and Congress in Bahadurgarh. Dadri seat of Charkhi Dadri is in the bag of Congress while the Badhra seat is stuck in a close contest.

BJP has a stronghold in Bhiwani district. BJP can win Bhiwani, Loharu, and Bawanikheda while Kiran Chaudhary's daughter Shruti Chaudhary's seat Tosham can be in trouble. Shruti is contesting against her brother Anirudh Chaudhary.

Jind, Safidon, and Julana in the Jind district of Hisar division are considered to be Congress seats. Vinesh Phogat is contesting from Julana while Dushyant Chautala is pitted against Bijendra Chaudhary and this seat is stuck. There is a tough fight in Narwana as well. There is a close fight on Fatehabad's seat, however, Tohna and Ratia can go in Congress's bag. Bhavya Vishnoi of BJP can win from the Adampur seat of Hisar. Bhavya is the grandson of former CM late Bhajan Lal.

A rich woman created a stir in Hisar.

His seat can go to independents. The country's richest woman Savitri Jindal is contesting as an independent candidate and she can win. Congress is strong in Nalwa, Narnaund, and Uklana while there is a tough fight in Hansi, and Barwala. INLD leader Abhay Chautala is stuck in a close contest in Sirsa's Ailanabad. He had won the last election by just 6700 votes. Congress has a chance in Sirsa and Kalawali. INLD can win from Dabwali while there is a fight between grandfather and grandson in Rania.

Mahasangram in Gurugram

Aarti Rao, daughter of Ahirwal leader Rao Indrajit, is contesting from the Ateli seat in the Mahendragarh district of Gurugram division, but here BSP's Master Atarlal has given her a tough time. Ateli and Narnaul will go to BJP's kitty, while Mahendragarh and Nangal Chaudhary seats may support the BJP.

In Rewari, Lalu Yadav's son-in-law Rao Chiranjiv is locked in a close contest with Laxman Yadav this time. The other two seats Kosli and Bawal may go to Congress's account. Gurugram's four seats Pataudi and Badshahpur are believed to be of BJP while the Sohna seat is slipping out of BJP's hands. There is a tough fight on the Gurugram seat.

50-50 in Faridabad

This time, the maths is 3-3 in the six seats of Faridabad district of Faridabad division. Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, and Tigaon can go to BJP's account while Prithla, NIT, and Badkhal can win Congress. The three seats of Nuh district, Nuh-Mewat, Ferozepur, and Punhana can support Congress like last time. However, independent Raisa Khan is also contesting strongly in Punhana. The three seats of Palwal, Palwal, Hodal, and Hathin were with BJP last time. This time they can support Congress.
