New Delhi: National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) has invited applications for the post of Deputy Manager. The government company has also issued a notification in this regard. The application process is going to start from 14 September 2024. Eligible and interested candidates will be able to apply online by visiting the official website till 28 September 2024.

There are 250 vacancies for Deputy Managers in various fields. There are 45 vacancies for Electrical Erection Deputy Manager, 95 for Mechanical Erection Deputy Manager, 35 for C&I Erection Deputy Manager, and 75 for Civil Construction Deputy Manager. Candidates are advised to apply only after reading the official notification.

Educational Qualification and Experience

Candidates having a BE or BTech degree with 60% marks in the relevant field can apply. Apart from this, they should also have 3 years to 10 years of experience working in the power sector in the relevant field. Please see the notification for additional information related to qualification.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit prescribed for applying is 40 years. However, as per the rules, SC/ST will be given 5 years, OBC will get 3 years and PWD degree holders will get 10 years of relaxation in age limit. Selection Process and Salary Candidates will be selected based on interviews. A shortlist will be prepared as per their qualification and experience. Candidates included in the shortlist will be invited for interview. After the appointment, a salary of Rs 70 thousand to Rs 2 lakh will be given every month.
