On the last day of the election campaign in Maharashtra on Monday, there was a fierce attack and counter-attack between the parties. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi arrived at the press conference with a safe, opened it and took out some posters, and attacked the BJP fiercely. Rahul took a dig at the BJP's slogan 'Ek Hain To Safe Hain' and explained the meaning of the slogan by showing PM Modi and industrialist Gautam Adani in the poster. Rahul alleged that the BJP government handed over Mumbai's Dharavi to Adani.

In response to Rahul's attack, BJP also immediately held a press conference and put up a big poster in the background, which had pictures of Gautam Adani along with Sharad Pawar, Ashok Gehlot, Robert Vadra, Revanth Reddy, Bhupendra Hooda. BJP leader Vinod Tawde said that Adani's maximum development happened during the rule of Congress. Tawde said that when Congress governments deal with Adani, it is fine, but when tenders for development works are transparently given to Adani in the BJP government, then Congress gets upset.

BJP's counter-attack on Rahul's attack

Vinod Tawde attacked in Mumbai, while BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra held a press conference in Delhi with posters. One poster showed Sonia and Rahul as accused in the National Herald case and the other had written, 'Chhota Popat ne kar diya Congress ko chaupat'. Sambit Patra said that Rahul will have to apologize for the allegations he has made just like he had to apologize for the slogan 'Chowkidar chor hai' in 2019.

Verbal war between uncle and nephew

While the heat was seen between Congress and BJP in Mumbai, the verbal war between Sharad Pawar and Ajit Pawar in Baramati also turned into election fireworks. Sharad Pawar, without taking Ajit Pawar's name, said that whoever messed with him, his political career is over. Ajit Pawar also replied to his uncle in a balanced language. Ajit Pawar said that his uncle definitely brought him into politics, but he fulfilled his responsibility with his ability and hard work, which is why the people of Baramati love him like Sharad Pawar.

Who is the real Shivsena?

On the last day of campaigning, Shiv Sena-UBT strongly attacked the Mahayuti and took a dig at BJP's slogan 'If we divide, we will be cut off'. When Uddhav Thackeray called CM Eknath Shinde a traitor, CM Shinde accused Uddhav Thackeray of abandoning Bala Saheb's ideology and said that is why the workers left him. Shinde said that it is Uddhav who has betrayed Bala Saheb's ideology and not me.

After the attacks and counter-attacks between the parties, now we are waiting for November 20 when people will cast their votes in Maharashtra, and on November 23 it will be known which party and alliance's statements impressed the people.
