The situation in Jharkhand is worrying: Assam CM.
The BJP's state election co-in-charge said a CBI probe will be initiated into the recent leak of question papers, including those of competitive exams conducted by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission. "I have visited various states and seen their governments, but the situation in Jharkhand is worrisome as question papers are being leaked here continuously," he said. He accused the Jharkhand government of failing to provide essential services. He said the current administration is being run by infiltrators, mafia and middlemen. The Assam CM alleged that the Soren government was focusing more on personal interests than public welfare. He said the BJP will represent Hindus, tribals, and the poor. He said if the BJP comes to power, 1.5 lakh jobs will be created in a year.
Appeal to vote for BJP and its allies
"We have done it in Haryana, Assam and Madhya Pradesh," the Assam chief minister said. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership ensures that promises are fulfilled. He also expressed concern over Jharkhand's changing demography due to alleged Bangladeshi infiltration and criticized the Soren government for failing to address the issue. Sarma on Wednesday said if the BJP comes to power, Hussainabad sub-division of Palamu district will be made a district and renamed after Lord Ram or Krishna. Biswa appealed to the people to vote for the BJP, its allies JD(U), and AJSU Party to oust the corrupt Soren government and ensure the overall development of the state.
