Digital Desk, New Delhi. The results of the assembly elections held in Jammu and Kashmir after 10 years have come. Results have been declared for 84 out of 90 assembly seats. The National Conference and Congress alliance seems to be forming the government in the state.
According to the Election Commission website, NC has won 39 seats, while its candidates are leading on three seats. BJP has won 27 seats, while the party is leading on two seats. BJP had also given tickets to many Muslim candidates in the assembly elections. However, not a single Muslim candidate of the BJP has been able to win. The performance of all Muslim candidates was poor.
