According to sources, BJP's central observer team will go to Mumbai in the next two days, in which the formalities of choosing Devendra Fadnavis as the leader will be completed. After NCP supported Devendra Fadnavis for the post of CM, Eknath Shinde's attitude has softened a bit. Eknath Shinde's party Shiv Sena can be given important ministries like Urban Development and Revenue in the new government. At the same time, Ajit Pawar can again become the Deputy Chief Minister and he can be given the Finance Ministry. 

Who will be the Deputy CM?

If sources are to be believed, Eknath Shinde has also been offered to become the Deputy Chief Minister. If Eknath Shinde does not agree to become the Deputy CM, then he can be given a place in the Union Cabinet. The new government can be formed by the end of this week. Preparations are being made for a grand swearing-in ceremony in Mumbai. BJP is preparing to invite many sadhus, saints, mahatmas, and VIP guests to the swearing-in ceremony. According to sources, there is a plan to organize the swearing-in ceremony at Shivaji Park in Mumbai on December 2.
