Before the results of the Jharkhand assembly elections, today political pundits released the results of their predictions i.e. exit polls. In their exit polls, political pundits have shown a tough fight between the NDA and All India Alliance in the assembly elections. After this, former Chief Minister of the state Champai Soren expressed his opinion in the Saraikela Kharsawan area today. After the exit poll, he claimed that this time there will definitely be a change in the state.
'Change is certain'
Speaking to ANI, he said, "Exit polls are doing their job. We have gone to every constituency...corruption is at its peak, unemployed people are frustrated, students are frustrated so change is certain."
This time BJP, NDA government
Also in Bokaro, Leader of Opposition in Jharkhand Assembly and BJP candidate from Chandankiyari seat Amar Kumar Bauri said, "People were in a mood for change for the last two years, this time BJP, NDA government will be formed here. This corrupt government is sure to go. We have said earlier also that if BJP government is formed then whoever gets the opportunity under the guidance of BJP Legislative Party and central leadership, that leader will take Jharkhand forward."
JMM government betrayed the youth and women
Sita Soren, BJP candidate from Jamtara seat, said, "I express my gratitude to the people for supporting BJP. The government that has been in power for 5 years has betrayed the youth and women in the last 5 years. In this election, the women of Jharkhand have decided to bring about a change. Everyone came forward for 'Roti, Beti and Mati'... We will see the change on the 23rd."
The results will be surprising - JMM leader.
On the exit polls, JMM leader Manoj Pandey said, "Exit polls are exit polls, but the actual results that are going to come will be surprising. We will win 55+ seats. Look at the enthusiasm of the people, look at the increase in voting percentage. You (BJP) did not have any issue, but we were moving ahead with the issues of the people."
Minister attacked BJP
At the same time, a minister of the Jharkhand government attacked the BJP. On the assembly elections, Jharkhand minister and JMM leader Hafizul Hasan said, "The BJP says that there are Bangladeshi infiltrators in the state while there are no Bangladeshis here. I want to tell them that you have central agencies, so what were you doing? Earlier they used to say 'Pakistan, Pakistan', and now they are saying 'Bangladeshis, Bangladeshis'."
Congress leaders said this.
Congress leader Subodh Kant Sahay said, "In the areas where polling was held in the second phase, the JMM-India alliance has always won by a huge margin and the BJP has never got a single seat. JMM's seats will increase, not decrease. The BJP could not raise a single issue during its campaign based on which it could claim to bring about change... Hemant (Soren) will definitely become the chief minister again."
At the same time, Congress leader Pranav Jha also said, "This is a clear mandate in favor of the India Alliance, the grand alliance is going to register a huge victory in the elections. We are going to perform better than last time, there is a lot of enthusiasm among the voters. This is a clear indication that there is no competition for the BJP, there is no competition."
