Patna: The bugle for by-elections has been sounded in Bihar. By-elections are to be held on four seats here. Before the by-elections, RJD and CPI (ML) have released a list containing the names of four candidates. Of these, three candidates are from RJD while one candidate is from CPI (ML). This list has been released by the Seat India Alliance. Out of these four seats, three were vacant after the MLAs became MPs. Let us tell you that Congress state president Akhilesh Prasad Singh, RJD state president Jagdanand Singh, and CPI (ML), CPI, and CPI (M) leaders announced the names of the four candidates during a press conference.
RJD candidates on three seats
In the list released by India Alliance, RJD will contest from three seats Ramgarh, Belaganj, and Imamganj while CPI (ML) will contest from one seat Tarari. Let us tell you that RJD has fielded Jagdanand Singh's son and Sudhakar Singh's brother Ajit Singh from the Ramgarh seat. Let us tell you that Ramgarh's seat was vacant after Sudhakar Singh became MP from Buxar. At the same time, RJD candidate Vishwanath Kumar Singh will contest from Belaganj. His father Surendra Prasad Yadav used to contest from this seat, who is now an MP from Jehanabad. At the same time, RJD has fielded former Gaya Zila Parishad member Roshan Manjhi from Imamganj. Apart from this, the fourth name in the list is of CPI (ML) leader Raju Yadav from the Tarari seat. Raju Yadav contested from Ara Lok Sabha seat in 2019. However, he lost at that time. Let us tell you that Sudama Prasad, who was an MLA from Tarari, has become MP from Ara, after which a by-election is being held on this seat.
BJP on two seats from NDA
Talking about the NDA alliance, BJthe P has fielded its candidates from Ramgarh and Tarari. The JP candidate from Ramgarh Ashok Kumar Singh is a former MLA, while the candidate from Tarari Vishal Prashant is the son of Sunil Pandey, who has been an MLA many times. Apart from this, Jitan Ram Manjhi's Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) can contest from the Imamganj seat, while Nitish Kumar's party Janata Dal (U) can contest from the Belagnj seat. Let us tell you that the last date for filing a nomination for the ba y-election in Bihar is 25 October. Voting will be held here on 13 November, while the results will be out on 23 November.
