BSNL has once again increased the tension between Jio, Airtel, and Voda. The government telecom company has added more than 65 lakh new users to its network in the last two months. The Department of Telecommunications has given this information. Speaking about the network expansion and revival of BSNL, Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said that the company has added 65 lakh new users in the last few months, which is a good start. The government is making efforts to provide better network connectivity to the users.
The company focuses on increasing users.
In July, after the mobile plans of private telecom companies Airtel, Jio, and Vi became expensive, lakhs of users have ported their numbers to BSNL. The government telecom company seems to be getting the benefit of this. At the same time, the company's chairman has clarified that BSNL will not make its mobile plans expensive shortly. The company's entire focus is on providing better connectivity to the users and adding more and more users.
BSNL has recently installed 51,000 new 4G mobile towers, out of which more than 41,000 towers have gone live. The company will install 1 lakh new 4G mobile towers by June next year, after which commercial 4G service will be launched simultaneously across the country. Not only this, but the government telecom company is also testing the 5G network. BSNL 5G service will also be launched a few months after the launch of 4G.
