Ranchi: India Alliance has released its manifesto for the Jharkhand assembly elections. On Tuesday, JMM and Congress together announced 7 guarantees of India Alliance in Jharkhand's capital Ranchi. During this, Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren and Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge were present. If the INDI Alliance government is formed in Jharkhand, 10 lakh jobs and 7 kg ration per person were promised. Hemant Soren has announced the Maiya Guarantee, especially for women. Under this, an honorarium of Rs 2500 will be given.
These are the major promises made to the public.
The India Alliance has promised the public that if the government is formed, women will be given an honorarium of Rs 2,500 under the Maiya Samman Yojana. That is, women will be given Rs 30,000 in a year. Also, poor families will be given a ration of seven kg per person. Along with this, gas cylinders will be given to every poor family in the state for Rs 450.
India Alliance announced seven guarantees.
India Alliance has promised that jobs and employment will be provided to 10 lakh youth of Jharkhand. Family health insurance up to 15 lakh will be given. Along with increasing the MSP of paddy from 2,400 to 3,200 rupees, the support price of lac, tassar, karanja, tamarind, mahua, chironji, sal seeds, etc. will be increased by 50 percent.
Promise to build engineering and medical colleges.
Along with this, degree colleges will be established in all the blocks of the state, and engineering, and medical colleges and universities will be established in the district headquarters. Along with this, industrial parks of 500 acres each will be built in all the district headquarters of the state by bringing an industrial promotion policy to provide employment opportunities.
Besides, a resolution will be taken to bring in the locality policy based on the 1932 Khatian, to implement the Sarna Dharma Code, as well as to preserve the regional language and culture.
Seven Guarantees of India Alliance
- Guarantee of 1932-based Khatian: Committed to bringing locality policy based on 1932 Khatian, implementation of Sarna Dharma Code along with preservation of regional language and culture.
- Guarantee of Mainiya Samman: An honorarium of ₹ 2,500 will be given under the Mainiya Samman Yojana from December 2024.
- Guarantee of social justice: Committed to protecting the interests of ST-28%, SC-12%, OBC-27%, and minorities. Also committed to forming a backward-class welfare ministry.
- Guaranteed food security: Ration distribution will be 7 kg per person. Also, a gas cylinder will be given to every poor family in the state for ₹ 450.
- Guarantee of employment and health security: Jobs and employment will be provided to 10 lakh young men and women of Jharkhand. Family health insurance up to ₹15 lakh will be given.
- Guarantee of education: Degree colleges will be established in all blocks of the state and engineering, medical colleges, and universities in district headquarters.
