Ishita Kishore graduated from Shriram College of Commerce with a degree in Economics. She joined Ernst & Young in their risk advisory division and, having attempted the Civil Service exam for the third time, finally succeeded. This managed to pay off for her in the end.
Ishita's mother worked in a private school prior to her passing, and her father was an air force officer. In her family, she has an elder brother who is a lawyer.
Now based out of Greater Noida, Kishore completed her schooling from Air Force Bal Bharti School. Later, she pursued her higher education from SRCC. While completing her degree, she managed to clear the CSE with Political Science and International Relations as her optional subjects. To top it all off, she scored 1,094 marks which earned her the national first rank.
In her performance analysis, Ishita shares that she earned 901 marks in the written examination and 193 marks in the personality test. As a National Level footballer, she participated in Subroto Cup in 2012. Ishita has taken the UPSC exam on several occasions. After failing to clear the prelims in her first two attempts, she managed to do so in her third attempt, achieving All India Rank (AIR) 1. Importantly, it was her first time advancing to the interview stage. She scored the highest in the exam with her optional subject being Political Science and International Relations. According to reports, Ishita Kishore has recently been appointed as a Joint Magistrate, Jaunpur, in the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
