In Hindu religion not only the fruit of the tree but still the tree Banana is deemed as very worthy of worship. It has been said that in the Banana Tree resides Lord Vishnu. In such a case, it would be ideal and profitable to wear a sacred thread around a Banana tree. Also the blessings of Brihaspati Dev ji will also be there too.

In the Sanatan Dharma, Peepal tree stands out as being a tree of importance. For quite some time now, Lord Shiva Brahma and Vishnu have been ansaid to dwell in the Peepal tree.
