Pramod Kumar Bhadani’s Humble Beginnings

Being born in a low income family in Gaya, Bihar, didn’t bode well for young Pramod. His father was struggling to sell laddoos in order to provide for the family. For his schooling, Pramod attended a government school and was forced to drop out by the age of 14 due to the financial constraints of the family. In order to help the family along with his brother, they begged their father for 2500 rupees and used it to buy a big cart and start the laddoo business in their town.

Primarily due to the unique and savory taste of their laddoos, the business took off and started gaining attention quickly. Even so, Pramod had high hopes for the growth of his business and put in the amount of effort needed in order to achieve that goal.

Pramod’s Hard Work And Dedication

He worked endlessly, putting in about 19 hours a day to pursue his ambitions and meticulously selling laddoos. With over time, improving his idea into action proved fruitful for him, leading him from Presiding over a cart to owning a Sweet shop and later on enabling him to grow his business efficiently.To add to that, Pramod began extending his customer products to areas of Bihar and other adjacent states like Jharkhand as well. With high demand coming in, he had no choice but to scale up making it possible for him to set up a factory, through a more clean productive space.

Currently, Pramod Bhandar laddoons has developed to function in 8 different states extending their cut of the annual market to over ₹50 crores in total.
