Niranjan Hiranandani to Invest ₹7,000 Crore in Pune's New Township Project

New Delhi: Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani is the founder and chairman of Hiranandani Group. He is famed for single handedly changing Mumbai’s skyline and is also referred to as the Realty Czar of Indian real estate. Furthermore, he has ventured into a new line of business with the aim of developing Hiranandani Communities.
The first generation entrepreneur was born in 1950 to the family of Padma Bhushan ENT specialist Dr. L. H. Hiranandani. He is also referred to as the Man responsible for changing the skyline of Mumbai with the delivery of landmark project “Hiranandani Gardens” Powai. The Hiranandani Group developed the concept of township of integrated community living and is the reason why it is at existence.
The Group has investments in Agriculture, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Entertainment, and organized retail. The group has made its presence felt in the newer markets like Thane, Panvel, Alibaug, Khandala, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune to sum up the current developments. Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani: Education Qualification
F. C. A. was awarded to him by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and his doctorate was obtained after thorough research in Real Estate. He is an exceptional student from The Campion School, Mumbai and graduated from the Mumbai university. He also completed his F.C.A. from Institute of Crafted Accountants of India.
Along his career, Hiranandani firstly started off with professional CA institute, and then worked in a CA firm for some time. Additionally, he had a brief stint in the textile sector. With a leap into the real estate market, he single handedly executed the internationally acclaimed project - “Hiranandani Gardens” which is situated in Powai, Mumbai.
And thus began the foray into high end real estate, from which there was no return. With time, he began achieving dominance in the field such as policy making as well as township construction. Today, with years of experience under his belt, he holds eminent positions in various national institutions such as NAREDCO, ASSOCHAM, and so on.

The Hiranandani Group has a new initiative of an interprise in the Pune city with a Joint Venture with an estimated value of Rs 7,000 Crores
As stated by the corporation, the Hiranandani Group will penetrate the Pune sector by way of a joint development project which will be of virtrually 7000 Crores. Rs 2000 Crore has been earmarked as the estimated investment value for this275 acre of land asset.
In association with Emarations Trump and other developers, Hiranandani will construct an integrated dome over 106 acres in the northern region of Hinjewadi in Pune under the joint venture agreement. The project, which falls under the integrated township schema, will include residential units as well as commercial and retail spaces.
According to the deal, the investment for the first phase of the project development is expected to be around Rs 500 Crore and is estimated to generate reveneu of treabout Rs 2100 Crore. The first phase will cover 30 acres which is expected to provide a minimum of 3 million square feet msf of commercial and residential real estate.
