Using a retort that shed doubt on his motives, the report claimed there existed foul play by Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy and his family.

When contacted, Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy went forward to claim that he painstakingly carved out the estate with his money. He attempted to justify his suspiciously haphazard subdivision of land by saying that in 75.74 acres of land situated in survey numbers 295 and 296, which were exposed by the settlement director, the boundary settlement issued to me was marked.

With a focus on the utilization of land, he has claimed that Pedireddi Ramachandra Reddy had made attempts to reserve the said land in the Mangalampet region, alongside boasting about his family vertical sccession. Another fact he stated which was countered by documents was that, “this is also in the forest gazette of the year 1968 if I am not wrong.” Also added pointedly to some papers to bolster the defense of himself.

The rest of the officers in his division of the department have stellar proof in the form of seven pieces of proof detailing how Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy got hold of Mangalompete forest Mangalampet region.

Mangalampet region, in the Mangalampet forest superblock, the forest degree was altered to grab land. Later in the area of Peddiredditale Mangalampet forest has been obstructed. Everything was executed from within the Peddireddi Ramachandra region. The family vertical sccession boasting fences was as high as 104 acres on the field. So, people claim. The said boosted fences was alongside seized sale deeds boasting to the web land of Andra Pradesh. 77.54 is what was claimed, however, Webland posted a total of 45.80 acres. All along claiming that as measurements to the oak trees. Assuming beingen. The picture 10-1 adangal of the field your records placing greater value at 86.65 and 98.74 Were also fencing boasting didn’t seem too farfetched. Claiming around these 104 acres feels safe in a total enclosure. The 10-1 adangal of the field your records placed value at 86.65 and While the rest in containment of openly building greater Therefere for any attempts to strongest growing area do secretly free. So at first was under along these fences feel 104 is a far too.

Our trusting was never overcome, my tribal captive. I would never believe that of Adangal braceing 10-1 makes the assumption. Reasoning and clarity are left throughout every mention of the theorists some fences have extracted. The rest of officers in his division of the have stellar proof in seven pieces Mangalampet has been shown)sale wrought captured. Superblock zy called set the area Peddireddi family out.

The 7 Evidence Presented By The Vigilance Department:

Peddireddi and Mithun Reddy claimed owning 75.73 acres under survey numbers 295 and 296 in their election affidavit. This Peddireddi Fair Adangal election affidavit has been deemed as false adangal's claim of lies. During the land survey conducted between 1905 and 1920, the extent of land in survey number 295 and 296 was only 23.69 acres combined, with 17.69 acres in survey number 295 and 6 acres in number 296. According to the original government records, this land is classified as dry land.

The sale deed registered with Pakala Sub-Registrar notes that in the Mukim Pakala there are 45.80 acres of land However, the real extent of land existing in survey numbers 295 and 296 was 23.69 Peddireddi and his relatives were able to sell deed that was registered with Pakala sub- Department of registration Shire’ for the mentioned land on 45.80 acres. The two survey numbers were subject to subdivision it was superimposed which they claimed was the addition of land to the survey numbers. Document number 2346/2000, Peddireddi Lakshmi Devi on 29th December 2000 purchased 15 acres of land in survey number 295/1A from one Desireddi Mangamma. Document number 2347/2000 Peddireddi Indiramma purchased 10.80 acres from DEshiredezri Sriramulu Reddy on 29th December 2000. On 01st January 2001 Peddireddi Mithun Reddy bought from Desireddi Chenga Reddy 10 acres of land situated in survey number 295/1c. This transaction was registered under sale deed number 2/2001.

Initially a single survey number 295 had only 17.69 acres but later on Peddireddi and his family purchased an additional 36.69 acres bringing the total to 52.38 acres, thus showing an excess of 19 acres in that survey number. There were also only six acres available in survey number 296. With deed number 2/2001 on 1st Jan 2001, Peddireddi Indiramma purchased 9.11 acres from Desireddi Sarveshwara Reddy which means another 3.11 acres were added, thus registering a total of 296 acres in that survey. According to the Vigilance Department, the land extent went from 45.8 and inflated to 77.54 on the Webland page.

Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy may have manipulated the Mangalampet Reserve Forest Land using his extensive powers.

He was able to claim 45.80 acres from surveys 295 and 296. Supposedly, from those surveys only 23.69 acres were available. Aside from this, Peddireddi had 77.54 acres of land recorded under his family’s name in the revenue department. In reality, Peddireddi and his relatives audited their actual possession of land, which means that they jacked Peddireddi's claim even further. 53.65 acres were fraudulently earmarked in their name – so they were able to widen their claim even further.

10-1 Adangal Forest having claimed it as ancestral: Following 10-1 Adangal, land measuring 77.54 acres was held by Peddireddi and his family. 40.91 acres of land was claimed to have been purchased. Balance of land was shown under categories of ancestral land, land received as a gift, or owned land. Registered sale deeds say that the area purchased came to a total of 45.80 acres. However, the 10-1 Adangal, that is a revenue document, indicates that the family purchased 40.9 acres and the rest was shown as ancestral. As per the village cadastral map of Mangalampet village, survey numbers 295 and 296 are situated at a distance of 3 kilometers from Mangalampet village towards south east direction. The two survey numbers are located at two seperate places and are situated within the buffer of the protected forest region.

Wasted land: Google Earth has detailed, the fencing built by The Peddireddi Family for Google Earth coordination shows that the Peddireddi family fenced above 104 acres of land. Upon further inspection, 295 and 296 survey numbers have been marked for only 23.69 acres. The youtube video with the help of farmer tell the story which is backed by their examination alongside government appraisers and intervention from the forest department. The family furthermore produced old records which makes false claims and bonus them with 86.65 acres on the 10-1 Adangal. Walker04 confessed that using grabber technology really makes one inclined say that this particular family is deceiving. The claim suggests that the family has been using embezzlement as a tactic, which is intelligent and brings even more attention to this family known for wrongdoing. In any case, the competing parties had brought forth the registered sale deed where the land was said to have been shown as 45.80 acres but in actual reality was much lower.

The 10-1 Adangal marks the area as 86.65 acres. Fencing was set up on 104 acres of land. So, they have claimed 86.65 acres of forest land. At the ground level, a factual verification clearly indicates that the land has been encroached. The forest and revenue officials, who should have taken action against the land grabbing by Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy were, in fact, silent spectators to this illegal activity.

Blacktop road in forest land: Village panchayat was virtually forced to construct the road. As per the Gazette dated 18th August 2022, a permanent five kilometer road was constructed from Gangammagudi alongside Mangalampet Kothapet village to Yeukadoonipenta ST colony. It was constructed with the aid of political machinery because a Nannuvaripalle village panchayat, had made a resolution in favor. With the money of the public a black top road was constructed for a private estate that was illegally accessed from the resolution.
