Erling Haaland Trains Ahead of Man City vs Tottenham Clash

Before Manchester City takes on Tottenham in the Premier League on Wednesday, Erling Haaland will be monitored to evaluate his progress after suffering from a knee injury.
Haaland was absent from the Soccer City matches due to the injury in which they lost to Real Madrid and then Liverpool.
For the first time in a very long time, Haaland couldn’t play in the last two matches for his national team. As I know it, I hope he can play for the next match. His trainer Pep Guardiola said he will check him after his participation in the training. After the session we have to train, he said.
Haaland appears to be moving without discomfort during City’s training session. The team has struggled without their leading him and made an early exit out of the Champions League after suffering a 3-1 defeat to Madrid, followed by another home loss, this time 2-0 to Premier League champion Liverpool.
This term, Leandro Bremen’s Haleem Stoluach is competing with Nadiem Keita, who has been the league’s top scorer for two consecutive seasons.
That includes 19 league goals six behind top scorer Mohamed Salah of Liverpool. Four time defending champion City is 20 points adrift of Liverpool, having played a game less. It looks set to relinquish its title and faces a battle just to secure a top four finish and Champions League qualification.
Guardiola's team is currently fourth on goal difference ahead of Newcastle and just two points ahead of eighth-placed Aston Villa.
Tottenham is 12th after enduring a troubled season under coach Ange Postecoglou, but has beaten City twice already this term including a 4-0 rout in November.
“They're a fantastic team, with individual quality,” Guardiola said.
Postecoglou stated that the injured Tottenham squad members Richarlison, Dominic Solanke, Micky van de Ven and Christian Romero are all expected to remain out for no longer than 10 days.
