One man rides cycle on mission of uniting people

There was nothing special for Mangalaraj from Chhattisgarh as he and other enthusiastic followers pedaled on a bicycle to visit one of the most iconic structures located in Madurai, Meenakshi Amman Temple. Wearing a white shirt, saffron-colored short, a green cloth around the waist and red triangular-shaped head band on the forehead, he has done this before for pilgrimage and has done this again to Tuntun Bhaban of Indian to unite people of the country. As a result of his dedication in the struggle as well as the cause, here locals provided him with shelter.

Mangalaraj Saheeva of 55 years bears living in Durg district of Chhattisgarh state is a tricycle puller by occupation at Durg. He had gone on a bicycle for Kanyakumari and Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu last year on December 21 to cover the pilgrimage tour. He went back to Madurai on Sunday after darshan at Rameswaram and Kanyakumari and again worshipped Meenakshi Amman Temple on the way back to Chhattisgarh.

Interviewing ETV Bharat, Mangalraj mentioned that he started the bicycle ride from December 21 начала on Ram Mandir Shitala Talab Fort in Durg district of Chhattisgarh. To sufficiently elaborate my goal, it is my desire to bring about the positive change and unity amongst the people of India and throughout the entire human society. You know I have performed the tour to Rameswaram and Kanyakumari to perform the last rites to my father-in-law instructed that I have to pray to Meenakshi Amman deity in the Madurai temple,” he stated.

The festival…has been conceptualised to be created by a hard working labourer and his mission is to bring all individuals together by doing…. cycling.
Now Mangalaraj Saheeva proudly holds the National Flag of India (Sri Lankan Tamil news, ETV Bharat).
Saheeva has taken Six cabs until this ride to Shirdi, Ujjain, Vaishno Devi in Jammu and Kashmir, Katra, Ayodhya and Varanasi. ”This is my third time being on the pilgrimage, I travel with anything from articles of daily use to cooking utensils on the bicycle. But so that I was not to be accorded full attention, neither did l be dependent on others,” he said displaying his cycle which resembles more of a mobile supermarket.

Tell him to go and take a picture and happily, he pulls out the National Flag and holds it with a lot of pride. He stated, “My country is my pride and it should be for all people.” The tamil nadu people’s have been so friendly. Some people who were unknown to me, to sociable me, have also taken my word to buy tea and any afternoon snacks. I am very grateful to them. This is the best sign of unity. Also people should continue to dwell in harmony and not in conflict. Only then can the welfare of the world be achieved,” Saheeva signed off as he started pedaling back to Durg.
