21-Year-Old Actress Reunites with 47-Year-Old Co-Star in Upcoming Romance Film

Under no circumstances is the huge gap of age between the heroes and heroines in films shocking these days. Numerous aging superstars can be seen romancing far younger actresses which has become normal in today’s media. A similarly shocking incident has come up within the South Film Zoom. After 15 years, a child actress will now be seen as the heroine romancing a married actor she once worked with. Here is what we know regarding the film and the star cast.

Kriti Shetty, a prominent South Indian celebrity, starred in Super 30, ARM, Shyam Singha Roy, The Warriorr, Uppena, and Bangarraju. She is currently recognized as a Telugu film heroine. Earlier, she was claimed to be Suriya’s younger sister-in-law but now it looks like she is set to marry Karthi (Karthik Shivakumar). There are certain developments regarding their upcoming film.

The Age difference between Krithi and Karthi is astounding. While Krithi is only 21, Karthi is already 47. The two will be seen together in the highly anticipated film Vaa Vaathiyaar. It is set to be released this year. The film is directed by Nalan Kumarasamy,  and in addition to Karthik and Kriti, it stars Sathyaraj, Rajkiran, Anandaraj, Shilpa Manjunath, Karunakaran, G. M. Sundar, Ramesh Thilak, P. L. Thenappan.

Before Vaa Vaathiyaar, Krithi Shetty has worked with Karthi, but she was a child artist then. She was a child in the movie Naan Mahaan Alla Karthi’s film from 2010. Now, almost after fifteen years, she is going to work with him as his heroine and, their romance will be showcased on-screen.
